I’ve been going to Sergei at Absolute Automotive for years. Professional, trustworthy, efficient and outstanding service. I was there today for an oil change and some smaller things on an M3 and was in and out of there in 27 minutes! I know I can trust Sergei and team for big repairs and small…….highly recommend.

Been coming here for more than a decade for several cars and always experience the best service at fair prices. Things are always done on time or more quickly than quoted, and when something can’t be done, Sergei and his team are honest about it. Kept coming here even when I lived all the way in East Atlanta. Would recommend to anyone in the area and beyond.

I highly recommend Absolute Auto Service. I came here many times with various mechanical problems that our family cars had. On each occasion my mechanical problem was fixed. The estimates and prices are always fare and I feel confident that I am not over paying. Sergey is the owner and he is always honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Definitely coming back again. Thank you Absolute Auto!

I had an extremely positive experience with Absolute Auto. From my initial contact with the front desk staff to the completion of the work on my vehicle, the entire team demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism. The Sergey was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and recommended repairs, providing me with a detailed estimate upfront. I never felt pressured and appreciated their transparent approach. The quality of the work was outstanding. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and when I picked up my car, it was clear they had taken great care of it. The technicians clearly take pride in their work and use high-quality parts and equipment. I was very satisfied with the final cost, which was in line with the estimate provided. I felt I received great value for the service provided. Overall, my experience with Absolute Auto was exceptional. I will definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs and have already recommended them to friends and family.
